The following picture was taken in Prestwick - but where ?
On the corner of Gardner Street and Boyd Street. It was the Prestwick office of Paton's Television.
For the old hands of Prestwick, do you remember their workshop in Ladykirk Lane, now a block of flats.
And the cable television that they installed in much of Prestwick - always remember my dad get an annual cheque (value was something ridiculous like 10 old pence or £1- cannot remember now) from them to pay for the rights to install the cable across the property
