Through this series of pages, a number of pictures or facts will be posted regularily to challenge Prestwick folk to remember the event or place. Some will be extremely easy, others - well I think they might be challenging.
The following picture was taken in Prestwick - but what was here before the houses?
This block of flats is in Mansfield Road, Templeriggs being behind them. This used to be a Tennis Court and if memory serves me correctly there was a building behind the courts which also was used as a Club House or an early version of a Community Centre as we would know it today. You may wish to correct me on this.
